Orientation

• You were sent an e-mail from OUHC IT after accepting your admission offer with instructions to activate your email account. If you did not receive the e-mail, cannot find the e-mail (it may have went to your junk mail), or don't know how to activate your account, please contact the OU Health Campus IT Service Desk at 405-271-2203.
• Set-Up your OU Health Campus e-mail account and check it regularly. Questions about your account can be directed to the IT Service Desk at 405-271-2203. 
• Access your Student ID Number by doing the following one of the following:
  1. Review the congratulatory admission email sent to you from phadmissions@ou.edu. It is located at the top of the email; or
  2. Login to Self-Serve. Go to the drop-down menu "Self Service" and select Campus Personal Information > Demographic Information. Your ID number is listed near the top.
